Neighborhood embetterment includes business development, infrastructure improvements, workforce training, and the creation of affordable housing through property reuse and improvement. Critical to this process is the revitalization of housing for local residents, which improves the overall image of the neighborhood by signaling that residents and businesses alike can succeed there in the fulfillment of their goals.
